If you are looking for a company that puts residents before revenue, we encourage you to apply!Position SummaryWe are seeking an Admissions Liaison to support the admissions department by coordinating referrals, assisting with facility tours, and ensuring a smooth intake process for new residents.Responsibilities Coordinate and track referrals from hospitals, physicians, and community partners. Assist with scheduling and conducting facility tours. Support the admissions process by gathering required documentation and verifying insurance. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions data. Communicate with residents, families, and referral sources. Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or healthcare preferred. Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
