Job PostingPosition ResponsibilitiesConduct all-source intelligence research and analysis on foreign C4I and kill-chain capabilities.Analyze adversary kill webs, including sensors, communications architecture, command-and-control procedures, targeting processes, ISR systems, and weapon systems.Assess kinetic and non-kinetic components supporting adversary targeting and engagement cycles.Develop kill-chain and kill-web assessments, including sensor-to-shooter timelines.Analyze information flow, decision-making processes, system dependencies, vulnerabilities, and potential points of failure.Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and time-sensitive intelligence requirements.Identify intelligence gaps and recommend additional collection requirements.Evaluate intelligence reporting for relevance, credibility, and applicability to assigned analytic problems.Coordinate with collection managers and other intelligence disciplines to address information gaps.Apply structured analytic techniques to complex intelligence problems.Produce written intelligence products, assessments, graphics, and briefings supporting MCIA requirements.Present analytic findings clearly to government and mission stakeholders.Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI security clearance.Relevant intelligence analysis experience involving C4I, C4ISR, targeting, weapons systems, kill-chain analysis, or related military capabilities.Demonstrated all-source intelligence research and analytical skills.Understanding of the intelligence cycle and intelligence collection disciplines.Ability to evaluate reporting and identify intelligence gaps.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop defensible analytic judgments from incomplete or conflicting information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a classified intelligence environment.Ability to work on-site at MCIA in Quantico, VA.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting MCIA, DIA, USMC, DoD, or another Intelligence Community organization.Experience analyzing foreign C4ISR architectures, targeting processes, ISR platforms, sensors, communications, or weapon systems.Experience developing collection requirements.Familiarity with structured analytic techniques and IC analytic tradecraft.Experience producing formal intelligence assessments and senior-level briefings.
