It is a position of responsibility, trust, and operational ownership.The RoleAs Course Facilitator & Client Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first impression and operational anchor of our Florida classes. You will ensure that every student experiences an organized, professional, and stress-free training day.You will support instructors, manage logistics, and uphold the standards that distinguish Fast Cert from typical training centers.This is a part-time, in-person role requiring consistency, composure, and pride in execution. A high level of accountability, responsiveness, and attention to detail is essential to success in this position.Core ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk LeadershipWelcome students and instructors with professionalism and confidenceMaintain a clean, organized, boutique-style training environmentServe as the primary point of contact for phone, text, and in-person inquiriesCommunicate clearly, promptly, and professionally regarding scheduling and confirmationsCourse Facilitation & Operational SupportPrepare classrooms, equipment, and materials prior to each courseSupport BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses as neededEnsure classes begin and conclude on timeAssist with documentation and AHA eCard workflow proceduresMaintain alignment with AHA and company standards at all timesOperational OwnershipManage accurate data entry and student recordsCoordinate with leadership regarding scheduling or logistical needsTravel to additional Florida locations as requiredProtect confidentiality and uphold brand integritySchedule ExpectationsThis is a part-time position averaging approximately 30 hours per week, based on scheduled classes and operational demand.Flexibility is required. Classes may occur in the mornings, evenings, and weekends.
