Our projects often involve coordination across borders, making precision, discretion, and communication critical.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual (Spanish/English) Executive Coordinator to directly support the Chief Operating Officer. This role serves as a strategic administrative partner, ensuring smooth operational flow, leadership coordination, and international scheduling logistics.The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
