Drawing on international expertise, ACTS designs and manages cost-effective, customized security solutions that protect people, property, privacy, and reputation.Role Description The OPS Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations and frontline security teams. This role coordinates staff scheduling, assignment of posts, and coverage to ensure compliance with TSA, airport, and company policies and procedures. The OPS Supervisor monitors performance at checkpoints, access control points, and patrols, providing real-time guidance, coaching, and corrective action as needed. They conduct shift briefings, maintain incident and activity reports, and escalate security issues or irregularities to management and client representatives. The role also supports training and onboarding of new team members, participates in audits and inspections, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service, safety, and security standards.Qualifications Experience in security operations supervision, preferably in aviation, transportation, or other highly regulated environments, with the ability to lead and coordinate frontline teams.Strong knowledge of access control, patrol procedures, incident response, and regulatory or client compliance requirements; familiarity with TSA or airport security standards is a plus.Proficient in communication, documentation, and report writing, including incident reporting, shift logs, and escalation protocols.Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in fast-paced settings.Comfort with basic security technology and tools (e.g., access control systems, radios, surveillance systems, and digital reporting platforms).Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required by the role.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in security, law enforcement, or related fields are preferred.
