Account Manager

Account ManagerThis is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position based out of Boulder, Colorado. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. This position also contains a quarterly bonus potential based on sales goals. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive product sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities Prepare and analyze sales reports and data related to sales trends, volumes, and performance vs the established plan Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Drive additional sales above and beyond existing sales Create additional business with new sales prospects Enter and process orders for assigned accounts Become intimately familiar and knowledgeable of product line Travel when necessary to attend various expos and events Create and maintain healthy and successful long term business relationships with accounts Provide direction, input, and feedback on sales trends, colors, styles, and sell-through Collaborate with the Sales, Design, and Marketing team to develop new products Keep up to date on competitors and brands within the marketplace and communicate findings Job Requirements4 - 6 years of sales experience with experience in business development Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Experience in the athletic or outdoor industry is a plus Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills Be analytic & strategic, and even-tempered Proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and problem solving Be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree is recommended What We Offer:Competitive Pay We believe in rewarding success and showing our employees just how much they're valued in a variety of different ways, including compensation.
