Title: Real Estate Services Coordinator Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Duration: 3+ Months Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pre Screening Questions: Please highlight account experience, work order system, customer service experience Summary The Real Estate Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of property management operations, including tenant relations, work order coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional customer service. Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to tenant emails professionally and in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service. Manage and track tenant requests and add them to the calendar as needed. Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs. Communicate and collaborate with building security, janitorial, and engineering teams. Review and redispatch work orders as necessary. Answer and route phone calls; escalate issues when required. Perform general administrative duties within the building office. Handle basic accounting or reporting tasks as assigned. Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow established processes and maintain organization. Computer savvy and comfortable with digital tools. Financials-Processing invoices & Tenant invoices. General ledger knowledge. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with accounting systems such as Yardi or Oracle. Prior experience in commercial real estate or property management. Familiarity with work order management systems. Experience Minimum of 2 years in a related administrative, real estate, or property management role. Education Associate s degree preferred.
