Reliability Engineer

Overview As a Reliability Engineer at Lubrizol, you will drive a 3-year Reliability Improvement Plan and develop maintenance strategies for critical equipment and BOP. You’ll apply reliability tools to reduce downtime, improve asset availability, and champion risk-based maintenance aligned with safety and sustainability goals. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and monitor performance, delivering tangible reliability gains across the plant. This role offers impact through optimization, RCA/RCM studies, and data-driven improvements in a global context.
