They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESWhy Join UsPurpose-Driven Work: Every part you help produce supports missions that protect lives and drive innovation in aerospace and defense.Career Growth: Learn specialized skills in aluminum dip brazing using tools like a FANUC robot and Positech hoist — full training provided.Team Environment: Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers who will support your growth.Job Stability: Be part of a growing, essential industry with long-term opportunities.What You'll Do:Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components.Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision.Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis.Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets.Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.What We're Looking For:Strong interest in manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical operations.Willingness to learn technical processes and follow step-by-step procedures.High attention to detail and a strong sense of safety awareness.High school diploma or equivalent.Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided).Dependable and punctualBe part of building something that matters — every single dayQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum of 1 year of experience in area of responsibility.High School (High school diploma) or GEDADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws.
