This individual will own the end-to-end release management lifecycle across multi-cloud Salesforce environments, working closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality, predictable deployments. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that requires a blend of technical expertise, process discipline, and strong communication skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRelease Planning & ExecutionOwn and manage the full release calendar across multiple Salesforce orgs and project tracksPlan, coordinate, and execute deployments using tools such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, Flosum, or GearsetDefine and enforce branching strategies, sandbox refresh schedules, and code promotion policiesLead release readiness reviews and deployment go/no-go decisionsChange & Environment ManagementMaintain governance over sandbox environments, ensuring alignment across dev, QA, UAT, and productionTrack and manage change sets, metadata components, and version history across orgsIdentify and resolve environment conflicts, dependency issues, and deployment failuresPartner with architects to establish and evolve DevOps best practices across the practiceStakeholder Communication & GovernanceServe as the primary point of contact for release-related communications to internal teams and clientsProduce release notes, deployment runbooks, and rollback plans for each major releaseFacilitate release retrospectives and drive continuous improvement to release processesManage and escalate risks and blockers proactively to project leadershipProcess & ToolingDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflowsChampion and enforce change management policies, CAB processes, and release governance frameworksDocument and continuously improve release management SOPs and internal playbooksSupport pre-sales and scoping activities by providing expertise on release and DevOps strategyQUALIFICATIONSRequired5+ years of Salesforce release management or DevOps experience in a consulting or enterprise environmentDeep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce metadata deployments, change sets, and Salesforce DX (SFDX)Experience with at least one release management platform: Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or AutoRABITProficiency with source control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent releases across multiple client environments simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiencesActive Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or higherIf this role aligns with your experience and interests, we encourage you to apply.
