Job SummaryExperience looking at plans, setting both metal and wood forms ahead of hand-placed and slipform concrete placing operations. Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. Requires good communication skills and working with all levels of personnel and management.ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONSet the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and alignment for roads, drives, curb, median, sidewalks walks and concrete slabsUsing hand and power toolsRead and understand grade stakesDirect pouring concrete as neededPhysical work is expected as a form setter and assist the crews as necessaryAbide by all company regulations, policies, work procedures and instructionsOther duties as assigned.QualificationsEducational requirements: High school/ GED and minimum 3 years of related work experienceJob is physically intense and requires, Bending, Kneeling, Stooping, Crouching, Twisting, Standing, and carrying over 50lbsAbility to effectively work with all levels of personnel and management.Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal supervision.Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license.Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule
