Role Description The Director of Business Development will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Primary responsibilities include new business development, creating and executing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The position requires frequent collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to drive project success. This is a full-time on-site role based in Houston, TX. Qualifications Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate new opportunities.Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic thinking to drive growth and achieve business objectives.Expertise in Contract Negotiation to develop and secure compliant and mutually beneficial agreements.Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.Experience in the oil, gas, pre-engineered metal buildings sectors is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
