Inside Sales Manager
Our client, a growing electrical manufacturer, is hiring an inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on electrical and lighting products. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across inbound and outbound sales channels.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoys coaching teams while staying close to the customer.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day inside sales operations, including quoting, order management, and customer follow-upPartner with outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on strategy and executionBuild and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and conversion ratesMonitor pipeline activity, sales metrics, and KPIs; provide regular reporting and insights to leadershipSupport key accounts and step in on complex quotes, product inquiries, or escalations as neededTrain team members on product knowledge across electrical and lighting linesIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing customer relationshipsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolutionQualifications5+ years of experience in inside sales or adjacent roleExperience within electrical, lighting, manufacturing, or industrial distribution strongly preferredStrong understanding of sales operations, quoting processes, and CRM systemsProven ability to coach and develop sales teams to meet or exceed targetsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategyBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planWork Location: In person
