They've recently won government projects, working on wing designs and airframe structures of new aircraft. They're looking for an Aerostructures Manager who will act as a technical leader for structural analysis and aerostructures design. The company will be scaling by 70 employees over the next 18 months and has big plans for this position. Responsibilities Lead structural analysis methodology Guide engineers on best practices for aircraft structures Help shape wing structural design decisions Support clean-sheet aircraft development through testing and certification Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 8-12+ years of experience in aircraft structural design and analysis. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of aircraft wing structural analysis. Why apply?
