# $*BONUS ELIGIBLE POSITION*$ Position Summary Evenings,#3:00pm- 11:30pm- Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing The Staff RN is responsible for implementing, directing, communicating and documenting the nursing process and provides a safe environment for patients, visitors and associates. Job Responsibilities Documents a physical assessment each shift including subjective/objective data. Communicates with patients, families and/or significant others in an effort to individualize patient#s plan of care to them. Verifies that physician#s orders are transcribed properly and carried out promptly.# Reports significant changes in patient#s condition to charge nurse / shift supervisor and/or physician. Continuously evaluates patient#s responses to plan of care, teaching plans and rehabilitation activities throughout their stay and upon discharge. Education/Experience ASN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a RN by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau. Obtains and maintains current certification in BLS, and other required certificates in specialty areas.
