The company offers a collaborative environment where employees have visibility into the business and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.The RoleThe Finance & Accounting Manager leads the company’s accounting and financial operations while serving as a key member of the leadership team. This role oversees day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while helping guide strategic business decisions. The position offers a combination of hands-on financial leadership and high-level collaboration with company leadership.What You’ll DoLead and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and cash managementPrepare monthly financial statements and provide reporting to leadershipSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelinesCoordinate annual audits and year-end financial processesMaintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controlsProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisionsSupervise and support a team of approximately 5 employeesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of accounting or finance experience, including leadership responsibilitiesStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting principlesExperience managing month-end close and financial statement preparationAbility to lead and develop a teamStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft ExcelEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience supporting audits and working with external auditorsFamiliarity with payroll processes and complianceWhy This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit leadership team within a stable manufacturing company.
