As a Client Relations Coordinator you'll deliver high-quality service with excellence, care, and prompt follow-through-living out our core values in every interaction. This role requires frequent and proactive phone communication with clients, leading to consistent and impactful client experiences. If you're ready to make an impact and grow professionally, we want to meet you!What you'll do:Outstanding phone skills and a confident, friendly manner when speaking with clientsComfortable engaging with clients over the phone, via text and through email throughout the dayDeliver seamless new client onboarding and ongoing service to clients, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detailMonitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls, texts or emails based on each client's preference regarding the progress of their requestsAssist clients with issues and concernsSchedule client meetings to ensure clients have timely access to our teamAccurately document client interactions and conversation details in the CRM databaseResolve issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendmentsPrepare new accounts for delivery and communicate delivery to clients in a timely mannerIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and client-facing processes once grounded in existing systemsAssist with additional responsibilities as needed to support firm growth and successWhat We're Looking For:Professional discretion and respect for confidentialityCollaborative, proactive team player willing to assist othersDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing time sensitive tasks to meet deadlinesExcellent communication; written and verbalExhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySkilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidanceContribute positively to a culture of accountability, trust, and mutual supportEmbraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environmentExperience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quicklyBonus Points:Experience in client service, administrative support, or financial servicesFamiliarity with CRM systems or client management toolsLife & Health LicensedDesire to grow and contribute within a value-driven organizationWhat You'll Get:Pay & Perks:$44,000 -- $50,000 + bonus potentialPTO and company recognized holidaysOpportunity to participate in performance-based bonusesOpportunities for professional development and growthA collaborative, values-driven, and supportive work environmentSchedule:In office: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmPresented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
