Application Developer I (IT)Primarily responsible for supporting and developing SQL Server reports and data delivery solutions for internal BCBSM customers. The qualified candidate will possess SQL Server report and ETL development skills at an entry to intermediate level.Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for supporting and developing SQL Server reports and data delivery solutions for internal BCBSM customersThe qualified candidate will possess SQL Server report and ETL development skills at an entry to intermediate level.Qualifications:1 – 3 years of development experience with the SQL Server tools SSIS and SSRS1 – 3 years of experience with a software programming language such as C#, JAVA, Visual Basic1 – 3 years of experience developing moderately complex SQL statementsRequired Skills/Experience:Experience in documenting user requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be self-motivated and be able to work under pressureAbility to work on several assignments/projects concurrentlyPreferred Skills/Experience:Working knowledge of SQL Server Management StudioExperience with developing reports based on business requirementsExperience supporting and developing software applicationsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor degree is required in a related field such as computer science, computer systems, information systems or business degree with a concentration in computers.
