Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, personable, and enthusiastic Front of House Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring an elevated dining experience from start to finish. Greet and engage with guests, offering detailed knowledge of our menu, wine, and cocktail offerings. Accurately take orders, communicate with kitchen staff, and manage the timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a positive and proactive attitude. Collaborate with the bar and kitchen team to provide seamless service. Upsell and suggest pairings of food and beverages to enhance the guest experience. Handle transactions, including cash and card payments, with accuracy. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a server in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant or cocktail bar. Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine and craft cocktails preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
