About the Production Associate Job We are hiring someone to help with the printing, pressing, embroidering of logos on apparel items and help with admin tasks like managing web stores, creating proofs, keeping orders on track/schedule. Experience is not necessary, but if you have any embroidery and/or heat press experience that will be advantageous, We are very willing to train and looking for someone that can follow proofs and operate heat press and embroidery equipment. Every day will look a bit different as far as jobs and responsibilities with some days helping with production and others days focusing on admin responsibilities. You must be detail oriented as we create custom apparel based off of proofs that approved by customers. A normal day will vary depending on production workload as we have a certain number of jobs to be completed each day and/or various admin tasks. This is an in-office position. You would be responsible for the following but not limited to: Reading production schedules. Attend production and new job meetings as required. Cut and weed heat transfer vinyl. Be able to lift 30lbs or more throughout the work day. General up-keep of work areas. Daily housekeeping duties (take out trash, etc.) Some overtime may be needed occasionally when things are busier.
