Miami-Based Personal Assistant/House Manager A busy Miami-based family (2 adults and 3 children) seeks a wonderful Personal Assistant/House Manager. This is a Monday-to-Friday role, with flexibility out of hours. The family will not offer relocation assistance. Responsibilities Regular property inspections, ensuring extremely high standards are upheld Ensure the property is well-maintained and all systems (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly. Staff training and oversight, keeping an eye on daily operations and effectiveness Overseeing property upkeep, including cleaning, organization, and seasonal maintenance Serve as point person for all staff as well as for the principals, vendors and contractors PA duties for the principals, to include reservations, personal shopping, managing online ordering and returns, booking travel and creating itineraries Diary management for the family Manage and maintain inventory of household items, ensuring that all supplies are fully stocked and in good condition Management of events and household projects, including supervising, coordinating and negotiating with external contractors Ensuring quality provision and value from all external and internal providers Manage project time-lines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring that all work is completed to specifications Requirements An adaptable and flexible personality is appreciated, as is a service oriented approach to the role. Familiarity with the Miami area, with a fabulous black book of contacts and an ability to maintain great relationships with all external providers Discreet, professional, warm and very much a team-player Ability to work independently with a no task too large or too small frame of mind Positive mind-set with a calm, considerate approach Effective communication skills, empathetic and with a great sense of humour Reliable, loyal and honest, supportive of the family and the wider team Comfortable in an UHNW environment and familiar with the requirements and expectations this brings Salary and Benefits Health benefits From $150,000 gross pa
