A company is looking for a Florida Water Engineering Growth Leader to guide the growth and development of water engineering services across Florida. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership for the planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects Maintain long-term client relationships and support clients from project planning through delivery Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative culture and guiding project risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field Professional Engineer registration Significant experience in leading the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater treatment projects Fifteen years of experience in market or regional growth strategies Demonstrated success in overseeing complex, multidisciplinary project portfolios
