Physical Therapist Part Time

Job Description As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you'll practice at the top of your license—bringing skilled, one-on-one care directly into patients' homes where it matters most. You'll independently evaluate patients, design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and help restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve daily function and independence.You'll also lead and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), ensuring that care is delivered safely, effectively, and aligned with each patient's goals.
