The Director of Nursing (DON) plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure Company standards. Must possess current RN License and be in good standing with the Board of nursing. At least two years’ experience in nursing administration, including supervision, preferably in a long-term care setting.
