Logistics Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the flow of materials, components, and finished products across our production and distribution facilities. Your expertise will drive efficiency improvements, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration of industrial equipment and automation systems. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN AND ENGLISH Duties Design and optimize supply chain networks, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies Develop cost-effective logistics solutions while maintaining service quality Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations Implement inventory management and material flow systems Monitor and improve transportation routes and delivery performance Use modeling tools and simulations to test logistics strategies Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or automation projects Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or relevant work experience. 2–5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or engineering roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and logistics software. Knowledge of supply chain principles and transportation management. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Construction site experience. Semiconductor experience. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
