Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site position, located in Miami Beach, FL, is for a Luxury Hotel General Manager. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing budgets, and driving the financial and operational success of the property. The General Manager will also work closely with the food and beverage team, coordinate with other departments, and maintain strong relationships with local artists and partners to uphold the hotel's unique identity. QualificationsStrong expertise in General Management and Business ManagementProven leadership in Customer Service and delivering exceptional guest experiencesExperience with Budgeting and financial managementKnowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including managing outletsExceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate diverse teamsExperience in luxury hospitality is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly desired
