Technical Delivery Manager

Coordinate technical delivery and manage cross-functional dependencies. Provide deep subject matter expertise in healthcare, informatics, data governance, and federal program operations. Advise on data governance, treatment, and purpose of use considerations. Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, summaries, and decision documents. Engage with stakeholders across VA, program leadership, and technical delivery teams.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience, or 10 years commensurate experience (8 with certifications). Demonstrated experience with clinician-facing data and systems (e.g., VA CCD/CCDA, JHIE-based systems). Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application. Healthcare background with familiarity in clinical or operational workflows. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.
