A key part of this mission is ensuring we are ready and able to bring adaptable solutions to market rapidly to meet client-specific technical needs. This will also allow our core product and engineering teams to focus their efforts on key initiatives for the roadmap.If you are someone who is skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company problems, then this role is for you. As the Solutions Engineer, you will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.We're looking for our next Solutions Engineer to join either our Charlotte, North Carolina office, or in Austin, Texas.Role Objectives Functional understanding of ScreenCloud's existing solutions and integrationsBring operational efficiency by implementing inventive technical solutionsEngage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costsDrive organization-wide process optimizationMeet short- and long-term business goalsEvaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basisResponsibilities Design and test technical solutions and integrationsPropose IT solutions to solve customer challengesDevelop and review code for assigned projectsEnsure comprehensive technical documentation for all projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to create solutions that address internal challenges and provide customer value.Requirements Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to prioritize critical projects and work closely with various business units to achieve shared technical and commercial goalsAbility to design creative IT solutions and a solid understanding of IT topics (info security, APIs, webhooks, and integrations)Familiarity with coding languages needed to develop custom solutions for customersUnderstanding of process optimization and deploymentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical architecture diagrammingReact/Angular experience is preferredInterview Process and Experience Don't meet every single requirement?
