INTL Remote QA (FHIR)
We are seeking a QA Engineer to support testing and quality assurance for newly developed FHIR APIs at a healthcare client that is actively expanding its interoperability platform through new vendor integrations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, integration, product, and data teams to validate end-to-end API functionality and ensure high-quality, standards-aligned data exchange as new vendors are brought online. You'll perform a combination of manual and automated testing, using tools such as Postman to validate RESTful API endpoints, authentication workflows, request/response payloads, and error handling, while contributing to automated regression and integration test coverage using modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare data strategy, including data validation, mapping, and quality controls, and is comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to assist with test case generation, log analysis, defect identification, and automation support.
