Location: Mocksville, NCPay: $19.00/hourSchedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 2-2-3 ScheduleEmployment Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire OpportunityProduction Machine Operator – Mocksville, NCAdecco is currently hiring Production Machine Operators for a leading advanced manufacturing facility in Mocksville, NC.This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, have strong attention to detail, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room to learn and grow.What You'll DoOperate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipmentVerify machine settings and production specifications before and during production runsPerform regular line checks to ensure equipment is operating properlyMonitor product quality and identify defects or abnormalitiesMake basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting production issuesComplete required production logs and documentation accuratelyAssist with equipment start-up and shutdown proceduresCommunicate production or quality concerns with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teamsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all plant safety, quality, and operating proceduresPerform additional production duties as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experiencePrevious manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnBasic math and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow detailed work instructions and production specificationsStrong attendance and reliabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shiftWork EnvironmentThis position works in an active manufacturing environment around operating machinery.
