This role is focused on CRM data management, account research, lead generation support, and sales intelligence gathering. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in sales and business development operations.ResponsibilitiesAccurately input, update, and maintain customer and prospect data within CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM systems and sales tools Conduct account and contact research using LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other online resources Identify key decision-makers, buyer personas, and relevant company intelligence for sales and marketing teams Research company information including industry, employee count, and revenue details Maintain CRM records with complete and accurate contact information Utilize CRM reports and dashboards to support tracking and sales activity visibility Assist with identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for Business Development and Sales Development teams Support sales and marketing initiatives by gathering account intelligence and target contact information Learn and utilize ZoomInfo and related prospecting tools for contact sourcing Assist with initial outreach efforts through email or phone communication Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed QualificationsBachelor’s degree required Strong interest in sales, business development, or go-to-market operations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with data entry, reporting, dashboards, or CRM administration Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM systems Experience using LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo for research and prospecting strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills CompensationPay Rate: $25.00per hourRequisition ID: 37266027
