As we continue to scale our AT&T Business campaign, we’re seeking a motivated Business Development Associate who thrives in a competitive, performance-based environment. What You’ll Do as a Business Development Associate: Take ownership of territory-based outreach to engage local business and identify sales opportunities Deliver compelling, consultative product presentations tailored to each client’s needs Close sales consistently while navigating objections with confidence and professionalism Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas Upsell and bundle AT&T's business services to maximize account value Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through follow-up and relationship management Track personal sales metrics, conversion rates, and activity benchmarks to improve performance Stay informed on competitor positioning and market trends to strengthen your sales approach Qualifications for a Business Development Associate: 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, leadership, or results-driven environment is a plus - but drive, work ethic, and resilience are the most important. Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting benchmarks Strong closing ability or willingness to develop advanced negotiation skills Confidence initiating conversations and guiding customers through the buying process Self-disciplined with strong follow-through and accountability Reliable transportation and ability to commute locally We provide structured training, daily coaching, and leadership development for individuals eager for high-level sales and management roles.
