The Homogenizer Field Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, quoting, invoicing, and coordinating all homogenizer service activities to ensure timely, professional, and high quality execution. This role manages service quotes and SLAs, schedules field service work, orders required parts and tools, follows up on customer approvals, and ensures exceptional communication throughout the service lifecycle. Strong organizational skills, proactive planning, and a focus on technician utilization and customer satisfaction are essential. Supervisory Responsibilities: Service Quoting & SLA Management Prepare accurate and timely quotes for service jobs and SLAs based on scope, customer needs, parts requirements, and expected labor. Review and interpret SLAs to ensure service commitments are met and communicated clearly. Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive conversion and maintain customer engagement. Scheduling & Coordination Schedule service work to optimize technician utilization, minimize downtime, and meet customer expectations. Coordinate logistics between customers, technicians, the parts team, and internal stakeholders. Maintain the service schedule and adjust as needed based on emergencies, parts availability, or shifting priorities. Parts, Tools & Job Preparation Order and track all required parts, tools, and rental equipment necessary for service jobs. Ensure lead times and parts readiness align with the service schedule. Confirm every job is fully prepared before technician dispatch. Service Execution Oversight Monitor the progress of service jobs and ensure high-quality execution, professionalism, and adherence to standards. Collaborate with technicians and leadership to ensure accurate documentation and timely job closure. Identify delays or risks early and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. Customer Communication & Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, expectations, updates, and job status. Provide proactive communication before, during, and after service events. Ensure a positive and professional service experience. Invoicing & Administrative Accuracy Create and submit accurate invoices for SLA services and service jobs in a timely manner. Ensure all service work is invoiced prior to month end deadlines to support revenue recognition and financial accuracy. Verify technician reports, parts usage, and service documentation before invoicing to ensure all charges are correct. Organization, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Maintain organized service records, quotes, work orders, and documentation. Track KPIs such as quote conversion rates, technician utilization, SLA compliance, and on-time service delivery. Review open jobs regularly to ensure timely completion and invoicing. Recommend process improvements to elevate efficiency, communication, and the customer experience. Your Profile / Qualifications Experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations support, or field service administration (industrial equipment or homogenizers preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong sense of ownership, follow-through and accountability. Calm and effective in a fast paced environment. Solid understanding of service documentation, quotes, and invoicing workflows. Proficiency with service management and scheduling systems.
