Key Responsibilities: Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems Scan items, verify pricing, and accept payments (cash, credit, or digital) Issue receipts, refunds, or change, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied Greet customers warmly and address inquiries or complaints professionally Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and presentable Record transactions accurately and report discrepancies Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and secure packaging What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and basic math proficiency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Full availability, including evenings and weekends (no overnight shifts required) Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude Why Join Us?
