OverviewCarle Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established Occupational Health team in Peoria Heights, Illinois.Opportunity DetailsJoin an established department with occupational health nurses and certified drug/alcohol testersThe department offers a variety of business health services that focus on prevention including workers' compensation, medical surveillance, DOT, and employer servicesReasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office in PeoriaThe department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and NeurosurgeryExcellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, Short and long-term disability, allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverageClinic Hours are Mon - Fri 8 AM - 6 PMOur Occupational Health providers currently see patients for Occupational Health, and DOT visits in addition to Walk-InsEducation Requirements:Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse PractitionerDOT Medical Examiner certification or ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner certification within 90 days of hire requiredOccupational Medicine experience is a plusLicensure/Certification Requirements:Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensureCandidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform minor procedures such as splinting, suturing, removal of foreign body in eye, ear, and moreAbout Our CommunityLocated on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districts.About UsFind it here. Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
