This role is focused on ensuring seamless item setup, order management, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution across key retail and distribution partners.You will play a critical role in enabling speed to shelf, maintaining strong customer relationships, and building scalable internal processes as we continue to grow. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited to take ownership of key operational functions that directly impact revenue and customer success.Why PATH?We offer competitive benefits for all full-time team members, including:401k with a 6% employer matchFlexible Time Off policy12 company holidays + year-end company shutdownCommunications and wellness stipendsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insuranceLife insuranceKey ResponsibilitiesOwn retailer and distributor portals (Whole Foods, HEB, UNFI, Kroger), ensuring accurate and timely item setup, pricing updates, and promotional executionServe as the primary subject matter expert for OneWorldSync and Broker portal (i.e. Marsham), managing product content, images, attributes, and retailer compliance requirementsLead end-to-end item setup and maintenance, ensuring speed to shelf for new items, LTOs, and distribution gainsManage the purchase order (PO) lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with supply chain to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillmentAct as a key point of contact for customer order inquiries, resolving issues related to shortages, delays, and discrepanciesCoordinate and execute sample orders to support buyer meetings, category reviews, and new distribution opportunitiesSupport the sales team with customer submissions, forms, and documentation, enabling efficient and effective sell-inExecute pricing and promotional programs within customer systems, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and on-time activationPartner with Sales and Finance to monitor and resolve pricing or promotional discrepanciesTake ownership of responsibilities previously managed by brokers, building internal execution capability and accountabilityDocument and standardize processes and best practices across all customer platforms and workflowsAct as a central liaison across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on item launches, inventory, pricing, and order flowProactively identify and resolve executional risks that could impact distribution, sales, or customer relationshipsTrack and report on key operational metrics, including item setup status, order accuracy, and on-time/in-full (OTIF) performanceContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase speed, and reduce errorsQualifications2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, or a related function (CPG experience preferred)Experience working with retailer and distributor portals (e.g., Whole Foods, Kroger, UNFI, HEB) is a strong plusFamiliarity with item setup platforms such as OneWorldSync or similar systems preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHighly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetComfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, less structured environment and adapt as priorities shiftStrong sense of ownership and accountability—willing to roll up your sleeves and executeProficient in Excel/Google Sheets and general systems navigationExperience supporting order management, pricing, promotions, or customer-facing operations is a plusOur CommitmentWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
