Position Summary
This role is responsible for processing sales orders for new business. The Order Coordinator oversees the management and execution of sales orders submitted by multiple sales teams. Collaboration with third-party dealers and FTG Companies may be required to arrange installations outside designated territories. Success in this position demands critical thinking skills and clear communication with both customers and the sales organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Facilitate and fulfill representative requests related to new sales orders.
Communicate effectively with peers, other departments, and management to ensure internal expectations are clearly set.
Establish sales orders for customer equipment purchases.
Manage the complete order lifecycle, from initiation through payment collection.
Oversee fulfillment and invoicing of cash sales orders.
Monitor inventory accuracy within the eAutomate OC warehouse.
Coordinate HDD shredding and removal procedures.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required; some college education preferred or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Solid understanding of basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Exceptional attention to detail and comprehension of process workflows and interdependencies.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of order management or related experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
