Member Services Representative (Teller)Client in the financial services industry is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist with processing transactions, handling cash, and supporting member account inquiries in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Salary is $30-$32k, DOEABOUT OUR CLIENTCommunity-focused financial institution serving local membersSmall team environment with strong tenure and collaborative cultureEmphasis on customer service, accuracy, and relationship buildingOffers stable hours with rotating Saturday schedule after training for the Member Services Representative Great opportunity to gain financial services experience and build long-term skillsRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:The Member Services Representative will process deposits, withdrawals, and member transactions with accuracyThe Member Services Representative will balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash handling proceduresAnswer member questions regarding accounts, transactions, and servicesSupport account maintenance and system updates as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVEPrior cash handling experience strongly preferred (retail, banking, restaurant closeout, ect.)Strong customer service and interpersonal skills requiredComfortable navigating computer systems and learning new toolsMust be able to work half day on Saturday, rotatingSalary is $30-$32k, DOE
