The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. The role also includes conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions that meet business objectives. The analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insightsProficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process design and optimizationExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders and teamsAbility to gather and define Business Requirements and translate them into actionable plansProficiency in applicable software tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or analytics toolsDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in the film and entertainment industry or creative sectors is a plus
