Third party administrators (TPA) assist employers with this challenge. 90 Degree Benefits, a TPA with offices across the country, is seeking service-minded individuals to join our team. Our customer service team offers prompt and accurate answers to health care claims questions for both providers (doctors and hospitals) and members. We consistently provide thorough and courteous interactions with our clients to ensure a positive 90 Degree Benefits experience. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys phone interactions and solving problems. To be successful in this role you will need to be a good listener, empathetic, organized, and courteous.
