Sales Representative

Job Description Pay: $800 per week Job description: We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to assist with sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Understanding product features and conveying that to potential customers is the highest priority. Responsibilities * Ensure excellent service for potential and returning customers * Provide assistance to customers and provide details about product features * Actively seek out potential sales opportunities * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Process POS (point of sale) purchases * Cross sell products * Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service * Build productive trusting relationships with customers * Comply with inventory control procedures * Skills * Proven work experience as a Car Sales associate, Retail Sales, RVs or similar role' * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. * Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a plus) * Basic Math skills * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Track record of over-achieving sales quota * Hands-on experience with NetSuite POS transactions * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Must know how to operate a tractor. * Availability to work flexible shifts (weekend rotations are a must) * High school degree; or related experience field would be a plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with construction &/or mechanically inclined?
