Manager HR Solutions and Partner Enablement
Overview
In this role you strengthen ADP’s HR solutions capability in the ANZ market by combining HR expertise, partner enablement, and technology. You lead alignment between partner strategy, solution design, and client engagement with evolving workforce needs. You provide market-driven insights to shape ADP’s transformation agenda and improve HR outcomes. You collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure a credible, commercially valuable HR offering for ANZ.
ResponsibilitiesLead and strengthen ADP’s partner enablement approach for HR solutions in ANZEnsure solution design, partner selection, and client engagements reflect real workforce challengesReduce administrative complexity and improve workforce insights to enable strategic HR workMonitor ANZ HR market trends to identify client needs and solution opportunitiesShape go-to-market strategy and strengthen partner relationships using market insightsCollaborate with internal and external partners to keep HR solutions credible and valuableApply technology, automation, and AI to develop and promote HR solutionsConnect technology-enabled solutions to meaningful client outcomes and strategic HR impactContribute to ANZ Senior Leadership Team with market, solution, and client insightsCoordinate with Director, ANZ Operational Transformation and Directors of Implementation & Service to align offeringsProvide credible thought leadership on HR trends to client-facing and internal teams
