Remote Software Engineer — AI-Driven Internal Audit

Fieldguide is seeking a Software Engineer for Internal Audit across all levels to design and ship agent-driven features for SOX control testing. You’ll work full-stack on long-horizon agents, turning research into production-ready code from day one. You’ll collaborate with PM, design, and domain experts, own end-to-end workstreams, and help shape the technical direction of agentic systems, AI tooling, and engineering best practices in a remote-first, US-based team.
