Job Title: Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement & Quality Systems (QMS)Department: Quality Reports To: Head of Health, Safety & QualityPosition SummaryThe Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement & Quality Systems (QMS) is responsible for driving and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across the regional Quality organization. This role leads key initiatives to reduce cost of quality, improve operational performance, and strengthen problem-solving capabilities through structured methodologies such as 8D and Lessons Learned.In addition, the role supports regional implementation and alignment of Quality Management System (QMS) standards, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous system improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the regional Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap aligned with quality and business objectivesEstablish and standardize CI methodologies across the region, with a focus on structured problem solving (8D) and Lessons Learned integrationMonitor and report on key CI performance metrics, including cost of quality and cost of changeLead and coordinate a regional network of CI representatives, driving collaboration and consistency across sitesProvide coaching, mentoring, and training to build capabilities in root cause analysis and structured problem solvingOversee 8D investigations and ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Drive Lessons Learned processes to prevent recurrence and improve process and product robustnessIdentify and execute opportunities to reduce quality-related costs and improve performancePartner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to embed CI practices into daily work processesPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the regionQuality Management System (QMS) ResponsibilitiesSupport regional alignment with global QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Ensure audit readiness through strong process control, documentation, and preventive systemsDrive consistency and effectiveness of CAPA processes across the regionTrain and coach stakeholders on QMS expectations and their integration into CI activitiesSupport ongoing improvements to QMS processes to enhance compliance and system maturityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred8-10 years of experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement within industrial or manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting regional or multi-site initiatives and cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge of structured problem solving (8D), root cause analysis, and Lessons Learned processesExperience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)Working knowledge of QMS systems, including ISO standards, CAPA processes, and audit readinessStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a global environmentWillingness to travel internationallyPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in industrial environments, including walking, standing, and occasional liftingComfortable working in environments with varying noise levelsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
