Leading the design and development of custom applications, the full-time salaried Application Programmer Analyst III will support public health initiatives through software development, data analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders in a primarily onsite role.Key responsibilitiesLead the design and development of custom applications and systems using modern programming languages and frameworksGuide projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and supportCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutionsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field5+ years of related experience in full-stack application developmentStrong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworksExperience with SQL and cloud or DevOps environmentsAbility to mentor and lead team members in a collaborative development environment
