This role will help build and maintain Tableau dashboards, automate recurring processes, and develop Python-based analytics and tooling, including leveraging agentic/AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI-based tooling, SmartSDK, and similar) to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Tableau reporting & visualization - Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards for Risk & Control-Workflow automation - Identify repetitive/manual processes and implement python based automation solutionsPython development & analytics - Write clean, production-oriented Python code to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze data.AI/agentic tool implementation - Prototype and deliver AI-enabled solutions supporting Risk & Control workflows with control owners, process leads, and stakeholders partnership.Required Qualifications:1 2 years of relevant experience in analytics and reporting.Experience building dashboards in TableauExperience in PythonStrong communication skills
