If you enjoy balancing numbers with customer service and organization with adaptability, this opportunity is for you.What You'll DoFinance and Expense OperationsPrepare, track, and reconcile expense reports and reimbursements in compliance with company policiesProcess check requests and accurately code, review, and verify vendor invoicesMaintain and update vendor account records with precisionTrack and record purchase orders and ensure timely payment processingTravel and Reporting SupportCoordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements in accordance with firm guidelinesConduct research and generate reports using internal systems and online toolsAdministrative and Office SupportProvide comprehensive administrative support, including document management and correspondenceCommunicate schedule updates (absences, time-off, coverage changes) as requiredOffer front-of-office (reception/concierge) or back-of-office (mail services) coverage when neededClient and Team ExperienceDeliver consistent 5-star customer service across all forms of communicationBuild strong internal relationships and maintain discretion with sensitive mattersAssist with cross-training and support backup staff as neededWhat You BringStrong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanorAdvanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlySolid numerical aptitude and comfort working with financial documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCalm, adaptable approach in fast-paced or high-demand environmentsCommitment to confidentiality and operational excellenceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in expense processing, financial administration, or related office support preferredDemonstrated ability to learn new systems and follow compliance guidelinesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift or move items up to 40–60 lbs.
