Sales RepresentativeSERVPRO of South Albany County is seeking a qualified, career-oriented Sales Representative. SERVPRO is the largest cleaning and restoration company in the country. Our company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, or water damage situation.Required Hours: Vary between 7:00am 7:00pm (will require some flexibility to work overtime/weekends/evenings, some travel when required).Job Responsibilities:Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses.Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation.Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons Servpro is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain contact information.Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goalsJob Requirements:A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experienceExperience with sales and marketing within the service sectorSuperb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitudeExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is requiredBachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experienceAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawQualified candidates should respond to this ad with their resume, including references, and a cover letter.
