Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: 1.Provide legal advice to insurance and reinsurance clients on complex coverage matters involving first-party and third-party claims.2.Review and interpret insurance policies, determine coverage, and prepare coverage opinions.3.Handle all aspects of bad faith litigation, including motion practice, deposition, and trial.4.Conduct thorough coverage analysis and provide recommendations to clients.5.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice and representation.6.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in insurance law and adapt strategies accordingly.7.Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the court.8.Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.Qualifications: 1.Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.2.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Coverage Attorney, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance matters.4.Proven experience in handling bad faith litigation, including motion practice and deposition.5.Exceptional understanding of insurance law, policy interpretation, and coverage analysis.6.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.7.Strong written and verbal communication skills.8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.9.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.10.Commitment to providing outstanding client service.Interested in hearing more?
