Delivery Driver

Position Summary Level is seeking a reliable and safety-minded Delivery Driver to support the timely delivery of materials to job sites and customer locations. This role plays a key part in keeping projects moving and ensuring a positive experience for our teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver cabinetry, countertops, materials, and supplies to job sites and facilities Load, secure, and unload materials with care to prevent damage Verify delivery contents against packing slips and delivery schedules Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, contractors, and internal teams Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Assist with warehouse organization and material handling as needed Follow all company safety policies and DOT/state driving regulations Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50–100 lbs periodically Ability to bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in warehouse and jobsite environments Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to pass a background check and MVR Prior delivery, warehouse, or construction-related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work and represents the company well A dependable team player who understands the importance of accuracy and reliability A safety-first mindset, both on the road and on job sites Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid holidays and time off Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,490.17 - $66,826.88 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
